BF3blog as far as I know doesn’t sacrifice news just to to posts things like this. They seem to post both news and extras,
Personally, I would rather have these awesome renders posted along with news compared to just 100% news and no extras like this. Thank you BF3blog for your hard work on delivering us quality renders such as these.

Actually no.
Several medals just happen to look similar, like Radio Beacon medal and M-COM medals. Or Surveillance medal and Recon service medal.
But what you have noticed is tank/car/stationary-defenses/helicopters/jets medals being two of each. But one of them is for service TIME, another is for kills (more specifically, 30 ribbons).

I lol’d when I saw the claymore medal. “Front Toward Enemy”
I think some people are misconstructing my post, if so I apologize for my bad wording.
What I mean is I find it humoress that the medal has a claymore in it and they went as far as to add the “Front toward enemy” detail.

While some think this is a waste of time, I don’t.
What’s bad about these!? These ribbons are amazing! I’m actually able to see what they look like without the greyed color for the ones I haven’t unlocked! Plus, these would look great for graphic or video designers to add to their work!
