BF3 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
It’s been less than a month since the release of Battlefield 3, and EA is already thinking ahead: EA president Frank Gibbau has confirmed that there is going to be a Battlefield 4. Honestly, this comes as no surprise, given Battlefield 3′s tremendous success, where it sold 5 million copies during its first week.
Gibeau mentioned Battlefield 4 during a speech at the University of Southern California. EA was quick to issue a statement, saying “Frank was speaking broadly about the Battlefield brand — a brand that EA is deeply passionate about and a fan community that EA is committed to.”
There have been 17 Battlefield titles to date, and there was really no question whether we’ll see Battlefield 4 (the 18th title) or not — the question is, when and where will the Battlefield series go from here? We’re pretty sure that Bad Company 3 is in the pipelines, and possible other titles include a remake of Battlefield 2142, which was the “sequel” to Battlefield 2.

Yea . . . chill. They never said they were gonna rush it or anything. Thats like me saying theres going to be another Mario game, or another Zelda game after this one, I’ll even bet you, there will be a Madden 2020 . . . who wants to make a wager?

if only dice and infinity ward merge together and using the creativity of IW with the realistic thinking of ddice they can create the greatest game series ever.

I would like to see a good working bf3 title first…
Both EA and Activision suck. EA is looking at what Activision did with annual releases and how their games became more and more popular. EA will follow the same course. BF3 > MOH > BC3, rinse and repeat.
DICE has no choice, as they work for money like the rest of us. Stop acting like DICE actually cares about the gamer, it’s pathetic.
honestly, i just hope bf4 will release in 6,7 years and don’t finish like a COD franchise..
Anyway War vehicules don’t change since nearly a decade so, have fun with bf3, hope (not expensive) DLC with a lot of interresting contents,more weapons, vehicule units, MEC and China faction of course…
i predict that this will release first the new medal of honor, then bf bad company 3 (which i predict will be the last bf title for this generation of consoles). then a new generation of consoles will release then bf4 will release on that generation of consoles and the bf sereis will probably carry on from there and maybe medal of honor series too. but for now i guess there will be tons of dlc content liked dice and ea mentioned for bf3 and maybe tons of dlc content for medal of honor and bad company 3 too and theyll maybe do 2143 dlcs or 1942 dlcs for bf3 and maybe bad company 3 with their new engines frostbit 3 or 4. but lets all hope they dont rush it.
if they’d do a 2142 remake with the frost bite 2… *insert comment saying i will jizz uncontrollably for the next couple of hundred years* and after that a bad company 3 with frostbite 2.5 and after that battlefield 4 with the frostbite 3 for the next generation of consoles and pc’s and hopefully it will be enough to utilize the hardware of that time to it’s full potential (somewhat like battlefield 3 did, although i don’t think it was 100% due to the consoles restricting graphical detail due to their 5 TO 6 YEAR OLD HARDWARE, but it still looks jaw dropping

Yeah that sounds cool. But i really want a Bc3 and Bf2143. Because we all know that this gen is over in about 3-4 years maybe 5. Bf4 is a next gen game and frostbite 3 WILL be to much for the consoles we have today. So i’d recommend Ea/Dice not to hurry they have time.. And plz dont milk the franchise like Cod -.-

I personely prefered bfbc 2 to bf3 the sounds and the gameplay felt more thrilling (xbox). bf3 feels too much like moh and all the attachments make the game sickly and guns dont have their own personality unlike bc 2 :[
Bf medieval would be a nice change of pace for one dlc, imagine the tactics for that game!
Ive got an idea how about focusing on bf3 becasue there are many many issues with this game and i think i speak for a lot of experienced bf players in saying that this is no bc2. Bf4 should be years from now atleast give people some time to enjoy the game. EA i think you should stop worrying about sucking all of our money out of us and more about the players u so claim to be devoted to. It blows my mind u guys have an epic game on your hands and your worried about bf4
What would be the point in releasing Bad Company 3, surely it would be exactly like Battlefield 3 or would they make the maps even smaller!?!
Also I assume Battlefield 4 will be the first release on next gen consoles as that is their priority now and why they bothered to build the new engine using DX11 in preperation. PC gamers will be lucky if they even bother to release it for PC after how pissed off old fans have been to find out their beloved Battlefield series is now just another console game. Sad times…

Make the Titans in Space! Put some Tie Fighter and Xwings in there! May make the world ther whole map with 4096 players at once! I’m just dreaming now. That would be some server! Make battlefield an neverending MMO.

I would say Bad Company 3 is due next.
Battlefield 4 is probably going to need to be a big step up.
Would like to see Battlefield 1985, Warsaw Pact forces invading western Europe. Huge tank battles on the plains of Germany, amphibious landings on Denmark etc
I’m usually the guy who looks for a sequel pretty fast, but DAMN! Its a little early for that announcement, don’t ya think?

I like to see a new 2142 seeing it was the prequel to Battlefield 2, surely 2143 should be next after BF3 !
